IFEELVOID ("we," "our," or "us") provides digital products, beat licensing, and music production services. These Terms of Service govern your use of ifeelvoid.net and all purchases made through this site.

1. Services

We offer custom beat production, mixing and mastering, beat licensing, sample packs, and digital downloads. Custom work begins at $500 and requires a written intake form before production starts.

2. Digital Product Sales

• All sample packs, loop kits, and digital downloads are provided as-is with no refunds.
• License terms are included with each purchase. Review them before using the content.
• Instant downloads are delivered via email after payment confirmation.

3. Beat Licensing

• Licenses are non-transferable. You may not sublicense or resell beats to third parties.
• Exclusive licenses transfer ownership and include full stems. Contact for upgrade pricing from lease to exclusive.
• All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for beat purchases.

4. Custom Production

• Custom work requires a deposit before production begins.
• Revision rounds are defined in the project brief. Additional revisions incur extra fees.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to client feedback cycles are not grounds for refunds.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment information on our servers.

6. Copyright & Ownership

• All pre-made beats remain the property of IFEELVOID unless an exclusive license is purchased.
• Custom-produced work is jointly owned until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client per the agreement.
• No AI-generated content is used in final master recordings without explicit disclosure.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
